• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is handled by us and the trusted providers who operate the website on our behalf (our "data processors"):

• Website hosting & maintenance — Redditch Connected Limited, who host and maintain this website for us under a data processing agreement.
• Email delivery — used to send your enquiry through to us.

Our website is hosted in the UK, and we do not transfer your personal data outside the UK except where a provider does so under appropriate safeguards. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which they are securely deleted.
